This amazing narrow, 26 mile long fjord is another of Alaska's astounding charms.  It is a truly dramatic glacier setting.  Cruise past the canyon walls that seem so close you could reach out and touch them.  See the waterfalls sliding down the canyon walls at the base of the 7,000 foot snow-capped peaks.

Depending on the time of day and year the water is a milky green color to a stunning blue.  Icebergs of green and blue float past you in a variety of shapes and sizes.

As if the Fjord was not enough to overwhelm your senses you round a final corner are the twin Sawyer Glaciers. The face of the South Sawyer is a third of a mile long and calves icebergs that crash into the Fjords icy waters below.  Harbor seals live in the area and mountain goats can be seen walking magically along the craggy cliffs. Whales and bears have been seen in this special place.
