Short on time? With two nights in Denali National Park including the Natural History Tour, plus the McKinley Explorer railcar experience between Denali and Anchorage, this could be the time of your life.
Day 1: Anchorage
Arrive in Anchorage, Alaska's largest and most cosmopolitan city, and we'll transfer you to your downtown hotel. The rest of the day is yours to explore.
Day 2: Anchorage - Denali
This morning transfer to the rail depot, where you'll board the luxurious glass-domed railcars of the McKinley Explorer. Then it's off to Denali and a spectacular journey north through some of the most beautiful scenery imaginable. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to your hotel, and the rest of the day is yours.
Day 3: Denali
This morning, get a deeper understanding of one of North America's most remarkable national parks on the four-to-five-hour Natural History Tour of the taiga forest and expansive rolling tundra. You'll marvel at Denali's awesome beauty, and hear colorful stories about the area's cultural and geological history. This afternoon, you'll have time for optional tours, such as flightseeing, river rafting, or participate in any of the many activities sponsored by the park service.
Day 4: Denali - Seward
It's an early start today, as you board your deluxe motor coach for the scenic drive to the port town of Seward, where your cruise ship awaits.
